European Parliament supports local border traffic for entire Kaliningrad Region

On 1st December 2011 the European Parliament supported the European Commission’s proposal to amend the Regulation No 1931/2006 on local border traffic on the external borders of European Union concerning the inclusion of the Kaliningrad Region.
