Baltic Development Forum published a 2013 State of the Region Report. In the first part Report provides a discussion of the recent trends in competitiveness across the Baltic Sea Region. On 5th September 2013 the ERB Executive Board met in Kalmar, Sweden to discuss several important aspect of the ERB cooperation.

The SYPERB project (Strategic Youth Policy in EuroRegion Baltic) has been finally approved by the Swedish Institute with a budget of 439 950 sek. An applicant organisation is The Regional Council in Kalmar County and the project starts on the 1st of August 2013 and ends on the 31st of July 2014.
