Between 23 and 24 July the 4th International Regatta took place on the Vistula / Kaliningrad Lagoon.
26 yachts travelled from Frombork in Poland to Baltijsk in Kaliningrad Region, and more boats set off from the ports around the Russian part of the Lagoon. The racing crews included the team of Warmińsko-Mazurskie Region with the Marshal and President of Euroregion Baltic, Mr Jacek Protas on board and the team of Pomorskie Region with Marshal Mieczysław Struk.
